Certain offenses may be dismissible if offense is remedied (i.e., insurance, registration, License Plate, DL restrictions). Payments made online will negate your opportunity to have a compliance offense dismissed.
Requests to take Driver Safety Course (DSC) - To have a ticket dismissed, request must be made by mail or in person. Do not pay your citation online. Call our office to discuss the Driver Safety Course option.
Alternatives to Payment of Fines & Costs
(You must submit one form per violation)
A defendant who is convicted of a criminal offense punishable by fine only is entitled to alternative methods of satisfying the judgment against them if they are unable to pay the fine or costs, in whole or in part.
Those alternative methods include: (Request for alternative methods of payment require court approval)
PAYMENT PLANS
- Standard Payment Plan: To allow the defendant to pay the fines and fees within 30-60 days. Note: If not paid within 30 days of judgment, a time payment fee of $15.00 is assessed.
- Court Set Payment Plan Application: To Allow the defendant to make payments in designated intervals.
- Request for Indigency Hearing: If Paying your fines and fees or performing community service poses an undue hardship, an indigency hearing may be requested.
